Who we are
This site is run by MIDWEST ONLINE SOLUTIONS - ST. LOUIS LLC, doing business as Midwest Online Solutions, based in Arnold, Missouri. Questions go to jpeters@midwestonlinesolutions.com.
Prices and paid work
The prices on this site are what I charge today and can change. Paid work starts only after we both sign a written agreement and the deposit is paid. If the agreement and this site say different things, the agreement wins.
The free teardown and mockup
- There is no cost and no obligation to buy anything.
- Only send files you are allowed to share. Please remove Social Security numbers, bank account numbers and health details first. I don't need them.
- I use your files only to prepare your teardown or mockup. They are deleted 90 days after you send them, as the privacy page explains.
- The result is my read of the files you sent. It is not a guarantee of what a carrier owes you or when a job will ship.
The demos
The demo pages use made-up data. Every person, business, carrier and dollar amount on them is invented. Any match with a real one is a coincidence.
Not professional advice
I am not a licensed insurance agent or broker, accountant or attorney. Nothing on this site or in a teardown is insurance, tax, accounting or legal advice. When something needs one of those professionals, I will say so.
Your data and my work
Your files and your data stay yours. The text, design, logo, demos and code on this site belong to MIDWEST ONLINE SOLUTIONS - ST. LOUIS LLC. Please don't copy them without asking.
Other sites
Some links, like the booking calendar, go to services run by other companies. Their own terms apply there.
Limits
This site and the free offers are provided as they are, without promises that they will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, MIDWEST ONLINE SOLUTIONS - ST. LOUIS LLC is not liable for losses that come from using this site, the demos or a free teardown or mockup.
Law and changes
These terms follow Missouri law. I may update them, and the date below shows the latest version.
