Midwest Online Solutions is one person who spent years running employee benefits for a large employer: open enrollment for thousands of people, reconciling carrier bills against payroll every month, chasing down the forms that never came back. That is where the knack for making messy data behave, and explaining it in plain English, comes from.

Now we do that for small businesses, where one person is usually doing all of it alone.
