How long does it take?

Two weeks from our kickoff call to your site going live.

Do I own the website?

You own all of your content. The site itself lives on our platform, which is included in your monthly support plan. If you ever want to take full ownership, a one-time $500 transfer fee covers it.

What if I need more edits than my plan includes?

Additional work is billed at $75/hour, always approved by you before we start.

Do you work outside St. Louis?

Yes. We work entirely virtually and serve businesses across the Midwest.

What happens if I cancel?

Your site stays live for 30 days after cancellation. You can purchase full ownership for $500 during that window, or the site comes down at the end of the 30 days.

Can I change my support plan later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade your support plan at any time with 30 days notice.

Are there any long-term contracts?

No. Your support plan is month-to-month. The only commitment is your one-time build fee, which is earned once we deliver your site.
